Packard Performance proudly introduces a purpose-built 500 horsepower supercharger system for the Polaris RZR Pro R — engineered specifically for E50 fuel and paired with a complete high-flow exhaust system.

This comprehensive forced induction package features a Rotrex centrifugal supercharger head unit, precision billet drive assembly, high-efficiency intercooler system, upgraded fuel support for ethanol blends, and a full performance exhaust designed to maximize flow and boost efficiency.

Designed to deliver consistent, repeatable 500 crank horsepower on E50 with proper calibration and setup.

Running E50 allows increased knock resistance, improved charge cooling, and higher boost capability compared to pump gas. Combined with the included full exhaust system, this setup transforms the Pro R from 225 HP to approximately 500 HP — more than doubling factory output.

• Ethanol content (recommended 45–55% blend range)

Tuning Information

Tuning is performed using HP Tuners software.

Your stock ECU must be shipped to HP Tuners to be professionally unlocked before calibration can be completed. Once unlocked, we provide the proper base calibration.
